Oliver Bretz

Oliver founded Euclid Law at the end of 2014. He had the vision to create a law firm that was highly specialist, extremely commercial and very close to its clients and their needs. This is what has been driving the Euclid Law ethos ever since: “We only do competition law and foreign direct investment – nothing else – and we do that extremely well.”
Sarah Long

Sarah Long is a competition lawyer with over 15 years’ experience spanning private practice, government policy, and in-house roles. Her UK and EU practice covers a wide variety of sectors, and she has experience of advising on cartel enforcement, leniency applications, anti-competitive agreements, mergers, abuse of dominance and CMA market investigations.
Becket McGrath
Partner
Becket advises clients on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, with an emphasis on defending companies against investigations, distribution issues and merger control. He is a leading expert on distribution issues raised by e-commerce, including in the context of selective distribution, and has advised leading brands, online retailers, and marketplaces on a wide range of strategic competition issues. Becket also defends companies under investigation by the CMA for consumer law breaches.

Andrea advises clients on their critical EU, UK and international competition law matters, with a strong focus on merger control, behavioural investigations and compliance programmes.
Natalie Greenwood

Natalie has over 20 years’ experience advising on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including 5 years in-house where she was listed as one of 30 most notable competition professionals in-house (Women@competition, February 2017). “Natalie also frequently advises on matters relating to the UK’s National Security and Investment Act and on foreign direct investment matters across Europe.”

Michael has over fifteen years’ experience advising on a broad range of UK and EU antitrust matters, frequently involving complex or novel issues.
Paul McGeown

Paul has been practising competition law for more than 30 years, in London, Paris and, for the last two decades, in Brussels. The primary focus of his work is merger control and complex joint ventures, but he also advises on vertical agreements, IP licensing, abuse of dominance cases and antitrust compliance.
Gavin Robert

Gavin has expertise across the full breadth of EU and UK competition law, including mergers, joint ventures, cartels, agreements, information exchange, abuse of a dominant position and State aid. He also has experience of a wide range of sectors, including in particular healthcare, natural resources and financial services.
Pawel Zukowski

Pawel re-joined Euclid Law in November 2021, having previously spent time at Euclid in 2019 and 2020, when he primarily worked on merger control proceedings in the Polish oil and gas sector.
Fenia Arista

Fenia joined Euclid Law in November 2024 after completing her LLM in Competition Law at King’s College London. For her LLM dissertation, she focused on cartel detection, demonstrating her strong interest in competition law.
Cécile Manenti

Cécile joined Euclid Law in January 2025. She previously worked as an intern at the Court of Justice (on the Google Android case) and in the Competition department of law firms based in France, Belgium and in the Netherlands.
