Iman joined Euclid Law in 2026 as a fully qualified German lawyer, following completion of her legal traineeship with a focus on EU and UK competition law and commercial litigation. She brings experience from international law firms and institutions in Brussels, Frankfurt and Hamburg, including work in antitrust and merger control, corporate litigation law and EU institutional matters. Iman also worked for the European Commission and at the Federal Military University/ Helmut-Schmidt University in Hamburg in the field of competition and contract law.
She advises across a broad range of sectors, with a particular focus on automotive, artificial intelligence, energy and defence. Her experience includes foreign investment screening, merger control and competition law at the intersection of regulation, industrial policy and strategic sectors.
She also completed her First State Examination at the University of Hamburg, specialising in Law and Economics. As a DAAD-scholar, during her European Master of Law and Economics, she specialised in economics and competition law at the Universities of Haifa, Ghent University and Aix-Marseille.
Iman is a native German speaker, fluent in English and Dutch, and has working proficiency in French.
