On Wednesday evening, Euclid Law was delighted to collaborate with The Law Society of England and Wales’ Competition Section for “Reflections from the General Court”, hosted at the Fondation Universitaire Stichting in Brussels.
A special thank you to Judge Steven Verschuur of the General Court of the European Union for sharing his insights into recent EU merger control case law, including the parallels and differences between the EU and UK approaches, and to our Partner Sarah Long for chairing the discussion.
Beyond the legal debate, it was a great opportunity to reconnect with UK-qualified lawyers and the wider Brussels antitrust community, exchange ideas and catch up with familiar faces.
