Euclid Law, the award-winning competition law and FDI boutique, is pleased to welcome renowned competition partner, Keith Jones, to its team. A distinguished antitrust lawyer at the Competition Bar, Keith brings over 30 years of extensive experience in UK and international competition and regulatory law to the Euclid Law team. Keith will add to our team on both the contentious and non-contentious sides.
Previously a partner and head of antitrust in London at Baker McKenzie, Keith has an illustrious track record advising the main parties and interested third parties across various industries in merger cases, and in competition investigations, both in the UK and worldwide. He also has a long track-record of cases before the UK’s Competition Appeal Tribunal. Illustrative cases include advising on the ‘Diamond Cartel’, the CMA’s Energy market investigation, the Sports Direct/Newcastle United litigation and acting as a trustee for the Chinese Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) on Google/Motorola. Keith is also a Solicitor Advocate and able to handle litigation in the Higher Courts.
Beyond his legal practice, Keith acted as Chair of the Competition Section of the Law Society, including with regards to the landmark cross-industry initiative to address the lack of diversity in the profession.
