Daniele joined Euclid Law as a Paralegal in July 2019. He assists clients on a wide range of EU and UK competition matters, including vertical agreements; mergers; state aid; and private enforcement.
Experience
- Working on brands’ distribution systems and online marketplace platforms in the EU.
- Working on the CMA’s Funeral Market Investigation.
- Working on State Aid provisions in relation to EU greenhouse gas emission trading systems.
- Contributed to a preliminary market study in the context of a proposed merger in the UK.
- Worked for a U.S. footwear manufacturer in relation to a proposed selective distribution system for its entry into the European market.
- Worked on the enforcement of the EU Blocking Regulation and the German Foreign Trade Ordinance (AWV) in the context the U.S. Iran sanctions.
- Worked on the effect of U.S. and EU data protection regulation on cross-border evidence disclosure in an active commercial litigation matter.
- Worked on a number of UK public law matters as part ongoing judicial reviews public inquest and inquiries.
