Bio
Benjamin joined Euclid Law as a Paralegal in August 2020. He first cut his teeth trading derivatives in financial markets at a London-based proprietary trading house before recommencing full time studies in the law. His experience includes a mini-pupillage at Twenty Essex, as well as a summer internship within the London office of a leading Chinese law firm.
Benjamin has worked across corporate, banking, and both contentious and non-contentious insolvency spaces. He currently assists clients with a variety of European and UK competition law matters, including mergers and vertical agreements.

- Worked on the proposed acquisition of a restaurant group by a leading private equity fund
- Worked on the legal advice given to the London stock Exchange regarding the issuance of Chinese depositary receipts ahead of the launch of the Shanghai-London Stock Connect*
- Assisted a client in a contentious cryptoasset misappropriation case*
- Assisted a creditor in a debt recovery action*
