BIO
Aakash joined Euclid Law as a Paralegal in August 2020. He is pursuing a specialised LLM in Competition Law at University College London for which his graduation with a First Class has been confirmed. He assists clients on a wide range of EU and UK competition law matters, including vertical agreements, cartels, mergers, and abuse of dominance cases.
Before his LLM, Aakash worked as an in-house lawyer at ICICI Bank Ltd, Mumbai, India’s largest private bank, for a period extending over two years. During his term at ICICI Bank, Aakash worked with a variety of teams and acted as the Bank’s central legal team’s ‘first person responsible’ for a mixture of portfolios, ranging from retail banking to real estate funding and corporate advisory.
Aakash also has internship experiences with tier-1 and tier-2 Indian law firms and the Competition Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.

- Working on brands’ distribution systems and online marketplace platforms in the EU.
- Working on a multi-jurisdictional analysis for the notification of a joint venture based in a South American country.
- Contributed to the launch of industry first FinTech products and mobile banking applications in India.
- Worked with international tech and sports conglomerates for credit card partnerships.
- Contributed to the development of a comprehensive course on Indian Banking and Finance Laws.
- Worked on the landmark Indian ‘cement cartel’ case.
