The Intuitive Moth
Up until the mid-19th Century the vast majority of peppered moths had a light, mottled colouring – a most excellent camouflage against predators.
Then came the Industrial Revolution, and with it a blanket of soot that contrasted starkly with the light-bodied moths, exposing them to predators.
The peppered moths began to change colour, reproducing to sport darker mottles that blended perfectly into the grimy factory walls
This is how the intuitive peppered moth survived the environmental shift that the Industrial Revolution wrought, while their unintuitive cousins dropped off into extinction.
Euclid Law’s founding partners’ intuited that the 4th Industrial Revolution would lead to the slow decline of the legacy law firms that are reluctant to embrace change and alter their colours.
The partners broke away to found the EU and UK’s first exclusively focused competition law firm and spearheaded an entirely new company culture.
Based on their belief that ‘built-in’ is better than ‘bolt-on’, they created an environment that is open, approachable and collaborative.
Inclusion drives innovative results, adding value while encouraging open communication, strong personal relations and positive collaboration.
They strive to ensure the client becomes part of the team and that his/her knowledge and expertise is valued and used so as to ensure maximum value and best outcome.
This approach is also adopted and embraced with partnering law firms. As a competition law specialist, Euclid Law does not compete with law firms; they collaborate in a way that is best for all stakeholders and put the client’s interest at centre stage.
This intuitive approach to new era workplaces has paid off.
Today, Euclid Law has two offices (London and Brussels) and a lean team of nine staff of seven nationalities who are able to work across eight languages.
